CFT Capitals is pleased to announce the purchase of two large buildings
on 3.2 acres of land in Lowell Mass.
The first building has 75,000 sq. ft and will be used for offices, lecture halls and labs.
The second building has 155,000 sq. ft. and will be used as a data center.

Our AI tech cluster could not be better located as the epicenter for AI Innovation.
Many of the world's best universities are within a 30 minute drive of our facility.
UMass. at Lowel is a research university and located just down the street.
There are other tech clusters near us for further collaboration such as MassRobotics.
This building will house regular offices for our employees so they can administer
the data center.
It will also house lecture halls and meeting rooms.

And most importantly, this building will house flex labs where the real work gets done!
Powering everything will be our data center
Capable of housing up to 50,000 rack mounted servers.

Our servers will be software configurable. We will be able to assign mini-LANs of any size
to fit our customer's requirements. From 1 server to 100 servers, tell us what you need and
we will make it happen!

Our HPE Cray Supercomputer

Our many years collaboration with HPE Cray gives us confidence that Cray can build
our supercomputer. We will devote 5000 servers with 640,000 cores to this project.
HPE Cray has built the top 3 fastest computers in the world. Our supercomputer
will be very high on the top500.org list of fastest computers in the world.
We will be able to handle any computing task you need done ... quickly.

We have over 1000 contacts in Acedemia and Business around the world.
In the USA, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, Japan and Singapore.

What's a data center without power?

Most of you reading this web page understand that nothing works without baseload power.
And most of you know the environmental impact that power generation creates.
We can achieve Net Zero emissions using fuel cell technology coupled with carbon
capture technology. Not only that, we can produce more power than we use, contributing
to the grid instead of taking from the grid. And with water capture and recycling options,
we can achieve a 90% efficiency rating. AI and data processing doesn't have to be bad for
the world. We can contribute back to our local community, to make a better life.
